About Merton's Community Fridge
Merton's Community Fridge is located in a friendly, accessible space, where surplus food is
donated by local businesses, food growers and residents and re-distributed to the community. In particular, we focus on helping those experiencing food insecurity.
The Fridge opened in the spring of 2020 and is located at Morden Baptist Church, with additional storage in Merton Civic Centre. The Fridge has grown substantially since then and now serves between 180 - 200 people each week.
