About The Event
🌿 CALL OUT FOR TEXTILE ARTISTS & MAKERS 🌿
Sustainable Merton, and the Preloved Studio, in partnership with Merton College, invites submissions for our upcoming Art & Craft Exhibition at Canons House, Mitcham (30th June – 25th July).
This year’s theme is The River Wandle — a unique urban chalk stream flowing through the heart of Merton, rich in ecology, history, community and creativity.
We are especially looking for textile-based work inspired by the Wandle and its surrounding environment. Your piece could take the form of:

🪡 Visible mending projects connected to sustainability
