Merton's Business Network for Climate Action - July Meeting *

A growing number of businesses are placing the actions they can make in tackling the climate emergency at the heart of their business. Merton Chamber of Commerce, as the organisation representing business and Sustainable Merton as the local, expert environmental charity have come together to support businesses in their journey towards carbon neutrality.

We will be joined by Pedro Gastal, a B Corp B Leader who will be presenting B Corp, a global movement of people using business as a force for good, and explaining the certification process. The sustainability team of Merton-based Abel & Cole, a B Corp certified business, will share their story of how they measure, challenge and improve their social and environmental impact. 

This will be followed by a Q&A session and general discussion and what action can be taken to help tackle the climate crisis.
