Every 4th weekend of the month, our #WasteWarriors do your bit to care for our local environment as we join forces (in spirit!) to collect and safely dispose of litter from Merton's streets and green spaces.

In light of the current situation*, there are two ways you can get involved in #WasteWarriors Weekends:

♻️ Organise a private clean-up * (please see the guidance below)

♻️ Pledge to do your own individual litter-pick.

* IMPORTANT - CORONAVIRUS GUIDANCE

Based on the current government guidance**, litter-picking can be carried out alone or as part of a private clean up with 1) people you live with 2) your support bubble 3) a group of up to 6 from any number of households (children of all ages count towards the limit of 6) 4) a group of any size from up to two households.

Individuals displaying symptoms (or in contact with those with symptoms) or have been directly advised to self-isolate SHOULD NOT litter-pick.
