About The Event
Being outdoors and connecting with nature has been proven to help improve mental wellbeing. Come along and take part in our bulb planting day at the beautiful Mitcham Community Orchard & Gardens where you can enjoy some gentle gardening and nature appreciation activities in a welcoming and supportive environment.
No previous experience is necessary and activities can be adjusted for different abilities. This session is open to over 18s. Places are limited so please book early. If you would like to ask any questions before attending, please email growingspaces@sustainablemerton.org.
