👗 Refresh your wardrobe at our Clothes Swap
Saturday 12 September | Wimbledon Quarter
Fancy a wardrobe refresh without buying anything new? Bring along clothes, shoes and accessories you no longer wear and swap them for something that’s new to you.
Our Clothes Swap is a simple way to keep good-quality clothing in circulation for longer, save money and discover something different — all while reducing the environmental impact of new clothes.
🔧 Repair, don’t replace
Saturday 19 September, 1–4pm | Wimbledon Quarter
Our Repair Café is back for a special Sustainable September edition as part of our Greener Living Pop-Up Market.
Got something broken that you’ve been meaning to fix? Bring it along and our brilliant volunteer repairers will see if they can help. From electrical and tech items to textiles, our Repair Cafés help keep useful things in use and prevent waste.
🧵 Turn sari offcuts into something beautiful
Saturday 19 September, 2–4pm | Wimbledon Quarter
Get creative with Priya Velusami of Pri Pri and learn how to transform colourful, rescued sari offcuts into your own unique rag wreath.
This relaxed, hands-on workshop is suitable for beginners, and you’ll leave with a beautiful 10-inch wreath made from textiles that might otherwise have ended up in landfill.
🌱 Make your September more sustainable
Whether you’re swapping clothes, giving something a second chance through repair or getting creative with rescued materials, there are plenty of ways to make more sustainable choices this September.
And don’t forget to check out our Greener Living Pop-Up Market on Saturday 19 September, where you can meet sustainable makers and businesses, discover greener alternatives and enjoy even more activities.
