We’re proud to be a Community Ally and key supporter of Merton Pride and to be working alongside the team and local volunteers to help make Merton Pride the greenest Pride in London.

Pride is a time to celebrate, come together and be ourselves - and there are lots of simple things we can all do to make the celebrations kinder to our planet too.

Small changes can make a big difference. By travelling sustainably, reducing waste, reusing what we have and looking out for our local environment, we can all help make this year’s Merton Pride a celebration that’s good for people, community and planet.

Marching with a difference šŸ§¤šŸ—‘ļø

This year, Sustainable Merton and GoodGym Merton are once teaming up to help keep the Pride route sparkling clean.

We’re looking for volunteers to march with us and litter pick along the route, helping keep Merton Pride clean, welcoming and beautiful for everyone. You can join in with the litter picking or simply walk with us and enjoy the celebrations!

Get creative before Pride 🧵

We’re also hosting our second Sustainable Tassel Bunting Workshop at The Preloved Studio on Thursday 3 September, giving you the chance to get creative while giving materials a new lease of life.

Come along and make colourful, sustainable bunting to brighten up the Merton Pride celebrations - no previous experience needed!

Thank you for helping make Merton Pride the greenest Pride in London! šŸ’ššŸŒˆ
